Bill Gates is a hard worker. Even after he was a multi-millionaire he worked most night until 10 p.m.
Hard work wins over talent. Many talented people don’t achieve peak of their sucess because at one point or another, they slack off. Unfortunately, somebody else who has been working hard consistently takes over and snatches that victory.
Hard work also wins over smarts. This is because many smart people rest and rely on their intelligence and never learn to work hard.
There is no constant formula to success. It varies from person to person from all walks of life. One thing’s for sure is that hard work will always be a big factor in success.
