But what traits make up the entrepreneur at the heart of it? How does personality affect business? Which personality is good for business?
Scientists discovered the link between personality and degree of success. According to studies, growth in emotional stability, conscientiousness and extroversion were the personality traits that most predicted career satisfaction and success. Those with greater degrees of conscientiousness and emotional stability showed more overall career success.
There are five big personality traits. Reflect and ponder if you attain at least one of the following personality. Are you compassionate, respectful, trustworthy and has the tendency to go along with others? Are you conscientious? This is defined as organization, productivity, responsibility and the tendency to be careful and hardworking and ability to follow rule. Are you extrovert? combined with sociability and assertiveness; this is the ability to socialize with different people with different kinds of personality from all walks of life. Are you openminded? This includes curiosity, creativity and appreciation for new ideas, values, feelings and behavior.
It is important for you to have this kind of personalities but what matters most is that you are genuine and sincere to your valued customers. Be authentic.
